What is form EX-11?
Form EX-11 is the application for a long-term residence or EU long-term residence authorization, the category that allows you to live and work in Spain indefinitely.

Form EX-11: long-term residence in Spain
Form EX-11 allows you to apply for a long-term residence or EU long-term residence authorization in Spain. This category grants the right to reside and work indefinitely on Spanish territory once the legal requirements are met.
