What is form EX-17?
Form EX-17 is the official application for the Foreign National Identity Card (TIE), the document that certifies the legal status of non-EU foreign nationals residing in Spain.
It is filed with the Immigration Office or the competent Police station, along with the required documentation and proof of payment of the model 790 code 012 fee.
